What we collect

Name, email, delivery address, phone number (for freight bookings), order details and payment status. Payment card details are handled by Whop, our payment processor, and never touch our systems. We also collect standard website data (device, browser, pages visited) through cookies and analytics.

How we use it

To build and deliver your order, book freight, send order and shipping updates, answer support requests, prevent fraud and, if you opt in, send marketing emails. We keep order records for 7 years for tax purposes.

Who we share it with

Whop (our store and payment platform), freight carriers and our workshop partners, each only to the extent needed to complete your order. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (the New Zealand Privacy Act, GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA and others) you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data and to opt out of marketing at any time. Use the unsubscribe link in any email or reach us through our contact page. We respond within 30 days.
