30-day returns

You can return a Barnwood Works table within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. It must be undamaged, disassembled and repacked in its original carton with the glass sleeve and packing. Start a return through our contact page with your order number; we send you a return address, a reference and a freight booking. Because these are made to order, return freight is at your cost unless the table arrived faulty or we sent the wrong scene. If you added the optional 30-Day Money Back Guarantee at checkout, return freight is on us and the refund covers the full product price, no questions asked. Please do not ship a table back without contacting us first.

Bundle returns

Bundle discounts apply to the whole order. If you return one piece from a bundle, the refund is the price you paid for that piece after the discount is re-calculated on the pieces you keep.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of the return being received and inspected. Your bank or card issuer may take additional days to post it.

Faulty items

If the lighting, plug pack or switch fails within 12 months of delivery under normal use, we send a replacement part free of charge, or arrange a repair or replacement table if the fault cannot be fixed with a part. Send a short video of the fault through our contact page. This does not cover damage from liquids getting under the glass, drops, direct sun fading, pets or moving the table by dragging.

Glass

Tempered glass is very strong but can chip or crack from a hard knock on the edge. Replacement panes cut to size are available at cost plus freight.

Not returnable

• Custom scenes built to your brief.
• Items damaged after delivery or through misuse.
• Items returned without contacting us first.
• Items returned after the 30-day window.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your table goes into the workshop, normally within 2 business days of ordering. Once building has started, a cancellation is treated as a return under the terms above.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer protection law in your country, including the Consumer Guarantees Act in New Zealand and any cooling-off rights in the EU and UK.
